Prosite
Business Solutions reaches its 10 year anniversary and expands its business
endeavors to new areas.
Prosite Business Solutions is the parent company of
ProBusinessTools, the industry leader in Internet-based service management
software. The company recently added a call center, data host management, IT
support and custom development to its repertoire of services.
In its quiet confines, Prosite employs fifteen individuals
from the nearby area. Its business practices, though, reach beyond the
mountains surrounding it. In fact, Prosite Business Solutions not only has
clients locally, regionally and nationally; they are expanding their business
to reach an international client base.
Seventeen years ago in Glendale, Ariz., Jason and Cyn'd
Warren began their lives together. "For better or worse, I brought the
entrepreneurial spirit to the relationship" said Jason Warren, now CEO of
his company. For better it was. From the beginning the Warrens knew they
wanted to own their own business. In 1998 the Warren's sold their apartment
buildings in Arizona and started Prosite Business Solutions. Prosite grew
rapidly over the next few years.
With the creation of their industry-leading software,
ProBusinessTools in 2001, they purchased their office building and hired their
first employee in 2002. Just five years later, the company has landed
clientele ranging from Fortune 500 industry leaders to local West Virginia
businesses. "The past few years have been phenomenal!" said Jason.
"We quickly landed our first top 50 retailer and brought on new clients in
different market segments. It's been a great challenge and rewarding
experience."
Ten years later, Warren
has found satisfaction in offering jobs to individuals in a traditionally
prominent unemployment area. "Creating jobs in a historically high
unemployment area and hiring local personnel who would have never had the
opportunity to work for a software company have been my greatest rewards,"
said Warren.
It's no question, Jason and Cyn'd Warren understand the
rollercoaster ride of starting a small business and maintaining a healthy
relationship within their families at home and at the workplace. According to
Susan Ward's article, "Thinking of Starting a Small Business", on
About.com, starting a small business is like a marriage. "Think of it as
a marriage; running a small successful small business takes the same depth of
commitment and desire. Like any relationship, if you want your small business
to be successful, you're going to have to work at it. And it's going to have
its ups and downs and surprises."
Like their marriage, their business has been successful and
well worth the sacrifices in the beginning. "One of our greatest ongoing
challenges is working as a husband and wife team. We try to keep family and
business separated, but at the same time we want to capture the value that
working closely together brings. We spend many hours of our nights and
weekends in impromptu board meetings," said Jason.
Today, Prosite Business Solutions has recently expanded its
business to offer their clients custom software development, dedicated host
management, data solutions and call center support. Their software has more
than 240 clients, manages approximately 7,000 technicians and processes more
than 140,000 appointments monthly.
"I am confident the next six years will be just as
successful as the past," said Warren. "I look for Prosite to be a
major contender in the service provider marketplace to host and support large
companies and their enterprise software solutions nationwide and beyond. Now
with the addition of in-house marketing, Warren says there should be no limit
to what Prosite can achieve. "There should be nothing stopping us from
growing beyond our expectations."
