Dana Howell has been working in the technical support department for five years as a help desk specialist. Dana spends her day troubleshooting client problems or dilemmas and successfully finding them an answer in a timely and professional manner. Dana’s excellent customer relations and problem solving skills help her excel in her position.
With more than 27 years experience working in customer service, Dana’s level of patience, understanding, respect and confidence truly set her apart.
Dana is currently taking extended education classes in computer skills and processes to excel her performance at Prosite.
In her free time, Dana enjoys sewing and taking care of her family and home.
