As a help desk specialist, Diane Anderson is responsible for troubleshooting client issues, training clients on software and providing professional customer service.
Her excellent networking and communication skills have established Diane among her clients and customers. With her extensive customer relations experience, Diane successfully develops relationships and answers client issues in a knowledgeable, timely and efficient manner.
Before working at Prosite, Diane was in management where she learned to quickly solve problems, be proficient and multitask effectively. Diane’s irreplaceable experience in customer service and management have proven to be a catalyst for her success as a help desk specialist.
Diane is currently working on an Associates of Arts degree. Outside of work, she likes to garden, knit and spend time with her grandchildren.
